(game title) is a third-person is a fantasy RPG game where
the Player (pick a gender) is the commander of an army in one of the four
kingdoms of the Realm. Forced by the Gods to complete the Tower Dungeon for the
survival of humanity along with three other characters (NPC or multiplayer) Using
skill sets and by crafting weapons and armour (upgrades for NPC’s) they must
fight their way through the different levels of the tower and reach the end.
High
Concept
(game title) sets the Player in a fantasy world setting
inside a Dungeon like tower where he/she is attacked by various races of
enemies (depending on the theme of the floor they are on.) Kill them using a
range of weapons like bow and arrows to temporarily stun enemies, the great
sword to deal heavy blows to giant monsters or a spear for quick attacks.
Unique
Selling Points
The unique selling points of the game will be the story line
of the game, although manly a combat focused game there is still a plot line to
follow and despite its weak presence it’s still different from the typical
“going to save my family” trope that many games use. The final unique selling
point would be the environments the Player is in, on each level there will be a
theme and race of enemies to go along with it. Each will be very different from
the last to create a sense that they are in a whole new world. Additionally,
instead of a dungeon like level it will be a mini land with the illusion that
they are outside.

Game
Rules
Each level of the tower is its own mini world with a
different environment. The Player can move around the levels and attack any
enemies (and final boss) using different weapons. The type of enemy depends on
the level and environment. The Player can earn XP and items (all of which
depend on the enemy) and use them to craft and upgrade weapons and armour. XP
is distributed among the four chosen hero’s and each can have their own set of
weapons, armour and skills to upgrade as well.
Gameplay
Game Controls (PC/mac)
Both controllers have the same functions but are different
on each one.
Player/other
characters
The four heroes will each have their own race and “class”
with specific weapons best suited to their abilities. It is up to the Player to
choose these weapons for reach of these characters. Other stats can be built up
in these characters, for instance a magic based character can slowly build up
their sword skill.
Player:
The Player can choose their name but there is a set character to choose, either
a boy or girl with similarities between them. The armour each gender can wear will
be slightly altered to fit the body type. The player (being a commander of an
army) will be at least 23, having trained from a very young age in the kingdoms
army the children grow up fighting and quickly rise in the ranks.
Armour/Defence
Armour: The
armour will be different for each hero. There are 5 sets of armour.
Standard and Legendary: This is what the standard armour is the default
armour that you get at the beginning of the game, its defence is 20 and magic
defence is 10. The legendary armour Is the final armour of the game. Its max
defence is 250 and magic defence is 190.
Water Armour:
this is what the water armour will look like on both genders, they are both
very similar to each other with slight alterations. The max defence is 30 and
max magic defence is 50. Since it’s an elemental armour it does better against
magic attacks. Can be upgraded to boost basic defence.
Elf Armour: This
is a magical type armour, defence is 50 and magic defence is 95. Does well to
deflect magic attacks. Can be upgraded to boost basic defence.
Dark Armour: this
armour is the same on both genders. The defence is 175 and magic defence is 80.
It does well to defend against both melee and magical attacks. Defence is
boosted against dark creature attacks to 90.
Fire Armour: defence is 105 and magic defence is 90, does
well against flame attacks and is fire resistant. Can be upgraded to boost both
defences.

Art/ Level Design
The levels are based in a tower/ dungeon. Each level is a
mini world there are 6 worlds total in the tower. It is a magical tower so its
smaller on the outside and bigger in. The overall scale compared to player is
very large as it was built by the gods. There will be 4 different spawn points
in each level that the player can teleport to once they touch it.
Setting:
Here is a rough 3D model of what the tower would look like,
you can see the six floors the Player would have to go through and the entrance
to it.
